it is worth taking notice of

did you have the shots last year.......I had one of the flu's they had names years ago and it too knocked me over but it left what I called scars it seriously took two or three years to recover..every year I would get very run down.....

I do hope you havent been left with any gremlins...

I know you can't get the flu from a vaccination but I have only ever had one flu vaccination in my life and in that particular year, a few days later, I got sick and it is the only time I can remember being sick in 20 years.

Coincidence? Maybe but it turned me off just the same.

'Aussie flu' H3N2 is the worst they have seen in 50 years and has been killing people in the UK and USA over their winter. Apparently it killed people here last winter, which I heard nothing about, and originated here at that time hence the name.

H3N2 mutates so fast you cannot be vaccinated against it so if you do get a shot it is pot luck anyway.

What to do?

I think the trouble is it starts off like just coming down with something.....by the time its halfway to fullblown its been passed around .. we are now waking up to the fact we do more harm coughing into our hands....and then touching everything in sight....

I really hate using public toilets..when I have no choice....I use my elbow to open the door...and the strap on my bag to lock and unlock...I dont touch anything with my hands....

Master Light has told me, through his videos, that combined with chemtrails, vaccinations are designed to lower the population! I've never had the flu in my life so I won't bother...
