Luke Foley draws equal with Gladys Berejiklian
Mar 6th, 2018 at 6:24pm

Finally it appears the Public have woken up to 'Private' Premier Gladys Berejiklian. I call her Private because she privatises everything in sight.

Then she forgets about the financial pain she places on working class people in the form of Tolls and Penalties etc.

A warning to Berejiklian, this is just the dawn of disaster in the Polls for you Gladys your party has wreaked havoc on hapless NSW Citizens, paying more for Electricity more for everything under your Big Business loving Government. The NSW Liberal Party slipped back to a 50/50 share in the Polls.

The first time in years that Labor has dented the Liberals in the Polls.

Don't worry  Gladys there is plenty more pain for you to come in the coming months.

If you backflip on the ANZ Stadium deal expect every Rugby League lover to return serve at the Polls, forget the rest of the issues

The one thing we don't want in NSW in the Grand Final being served up to Queensland

Yet the NSW govt has a budget surplus and is supporting heaps of infrastructure projects which will have long term benefits for the state.

Compare this to the previous absolutely disastrous NSW imposter Labor "govt". Where is Eddie Obeid now ?

Tasmania has seen the light and rejected the hostile anti Australia Labor imposter.

Now will SA and Vic follow Tasmania's example and begin to disinfect Australia from the Socialist Greeny disease ?

I do like Liberal Governments Juliar but there is a rider on that

I Like GOOD Liberal Governments

This one inherited from Mike Baird after he sold off the Electricity Grid for a fraction of what it was really worth then bailed out to a safe Banking job worth millions,  then  suck holding Gladys  Berejiklian engineered his job and she has gone mad with privatisation

The only reason there is a budget surplus is from the money gained from selling off our inheritance

I like watching the game but the bigger ones it costs a lot of time and money just to get there. Prefer to go up to the local RSL and watch it on the big screen.

Do we need another white elephant stadium in Sydney just for NRL .... no !

That's saying something - the week old piece of lettuce on wet toast draws equal with Captain Hooknose ...... Labor with its flawed social policies draws even with or even ahead of the LNP with their 'business first, then trickle-down' insanity.

What a choice for the people of this nation... more of the QANTAS PC nonsense and women first regardless of genuine merit because they've stacked the branches from Labor or more of the industrial relations madness from the right.

Poor Fellow - My Country.

Yep, the issue particularly with SFS and SCG is the transport to the games. Spending money on the stadia is a waste, particularly with Sydney crwods.

One other reason, NSW receives more infrastructure money than it is entitled to receive on a per capita basis due to the Prime Minister, the Treasurer and the Infrastructure Minister all being from NSW. The last time the Federal Liberals were led by someone not from NSW was in 1995.

If NSW received $5 billion a year less in infrastructure funding (to match what Victoria receives per capita), it would have a much harder time building infrastructure while maintaining a Budget surplus.

Bam, when you say NSW you should say Sydney because very little leaks through to rural areas I can assure you. But you are probally right with your assessment.

Actually a lot of the money is from a stamp duty bonanza.

Stamp duty is a bad tax. It whacks homeowners hard just for moving house while homeowners who stay put for decades pay nothing.

Stamp duty should be replaced by a broad-based land tax.

There is plenty of stadiums if anything you could lose the SCG which only gets part time usage by the AFL/cricket.

I am a big sports fan but throwing around billions for stadiums then charging an arm and leg to enter it after struggling just to get there to buy over priced chips and crappy sponsored beer ?

The money should be spent on other more productive stuff that business or people might use more.
