Even the number of people is correct ... 21 Nationals MPs, 21 people in the illustration.  Grin

Local Member here (not MY member) is a National - for some god-forsaken reason people automatically assume that a 'nationals' (country) party member will actually work for them.... don't see much to support that view around here.  A hard reckoning of what has actually been done leaves a very poor picture.

But at election time they do have the best hats and T-shirts.... gonna get me one this year.... just like a politician, I'll lie to get the T-shirt......

It would have being much more interesting if George Christiansen was selected.  He was talking about split from the Liberals!   I wonder how the country people would react if there is a liberal and national candidate in the same area.

The Liberals and Nationals both have woman as their deputy leaders however when a new leader needs to be selected these woman never get a mention....The Coalition parties are men's clubs were woman are given token roles to keep up appearances with no chance of ever leading the party   or driving any meaningful reforms....Julie Bishop has been deputy whilst the men decide which bloke should overtake her in the pecking order....The Coalition do not like woman in power!!!
