Health authorities admit this year’s flu vaccine..
Feb 25th, 2018 at 4:12pm

Google;
Health authorities admit this year’s flu vaccine is only 10% effective

And yet, we are still urged to get the flu vaccine every year.

Doesn't that advice seem a little futile ?

Are we still being urged to get the flu vaccine every year,
because BIG PHARMA is making $ billions off such     dis-ease    treatments and preventions ?

Google;
Massive flu outbreak? Here's the real story the media won't touch

.

What should every individual do, to avoid illnesses like 'influenza' [i.e. congestion] ?

Eat very [simple, unprocessed] foods, and eat in a manner, that will strengthen your immune system.

Ecclesiastes 10:17
Blessed art thou, O land, when thy king is the son of nobles, and thy princes eat in due season, for strength, and not for drunkenness!

NOT, Australia, circa 2018.

People should just let themselves get the flu virus, and then build up an immunity. It is idiotic to let yourself rely on a vaccine when the flu virus is not deadly in any considerable effect. Whilst I can say that the elderly should get the influenza vaccine, I think that they should have allowed their immune system to build over the years. But it is understandable that they have some kind of protection.

If an individual possesses a strong and vital immune system, it will protect him/her from much, much more, than just the yearly 'flu'.

But do as you wish.

.

Psalms 118:8
It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
9  It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

Psalms 146:3
Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
4  His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

Psalms 146:5
Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

Psalms 18:30
As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.

Proverbs 2:5
Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.
6  For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
7  He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.
8  He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.
9  Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.

Psalms 25:8
Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
9  The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
10  All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
11  For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.
12  What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.

I don't get sick.

Each winter, when my neighbours get colds and influenza, i don't.

Why not ?

Because my immune system is strong [.....i would suppose].

70%-90% of my diet is uncooked, and unprocessed foods.

I usually use getting the influenza virus to help me lose weight. I don't get hungry, and don't feel like eating during the 'flu. I usually eat to make sure my energy levels are up to par. During the flu, it is so easy to lose weight.

Thats not quite right, the preliminary estimate of vaccine effectiveness against influenza A (H3N2) was only 10%.
There is more than 1 strain of flu virus, however 2017 was a particularly bad flu season and over all the effectiveness was only about 40%. It is usually much higher than that.

So the effectiveness of the flu virus is much higher normally and the cost (about $10 from the chemist or free in many cases) is much cheaper than if you come down with the flu so your conspiracy theory is ridiculous.

That is stupid on so many levels

1) As your long term eating habits will not be affected you will simply put the weight back on when you are healthy again.

2) You can get complications from the flu virus that can be deadly.

3) You could pass on the virus to someone else who could be killed by the virus (elderly, babies or people with chronic health conditions)

Using influenza as a weight loss tool is the height in futile irresponsibility

How about not eating as much and doing some exercise.

You know, the usual healthy way of losing weight.

Should people also let themselves catch polio, to build up immunity?

I don't DELIBERATELY go out and catch influenza just to use it to lose weight. I can go a few years without getting the flu. But when I do catch the flu, it ends up being used as a way to drop the weight. You f'n dip.

Oh, you mean that dietary change that I undertook a good 6 months ago to slowly lose the weight. As for exercise, I will get around to it.

Chalk and cheese comparison. I don't mean that people should deliberately get the flu. But to get it will help keep your immune system strong for next year. Going a whole 2 years without influenza did make my immune system a little weak.
