Africans Bash Lady Cops In Melbourne

A brother sister duo have been accused of assaulting two female police officers in Melbourne.
The pair were seen allegedly driving a Volkswagen, which was missing a wheel, erratically in Mill Park, north of Melbourne, leading to a short police pursuit on Saturday night.
Yak Dut, 21, and his 23-year-old sister stopped at a house in South Morang before allegedly bashing the two policewomen, according to 7 News.

The pair were allegedly seen driving a Volkswagen (pictured) missing a wheel erratically in Mill Park, north of Melbourne, leading to a short police pursuit

The 21-year-old is accused of kicking the two officers, aged 36 and 57, while his sister allegedly punched one of the policewomen in the head.
The officers were forced to use capsicum spray on the duo who allegedly left them in hospital with a number of injuries.
Dut was charged with 24 offences including threatening to kill two police officers, assaulting a police officer and drink driving.
The young man was also charged with a number of traffic related offences including driving in a dangerous manner, Fairfax Media reported.
The 21-year-old South Morang man did not apply for bail and is expected to face Heidelberg Magistrates Court on March 7.
The man's sister was granted bail and is expected to face court in June.

courts have already shown that they will let them go free for doing so.. WITHOUT CONVICTION...

“It does send the wrong message to members of our police force and PSOs (protective services officers), it sends the wrong message to members of the community too.

“The police officer wasn’t really there acting against that offender or taking any form of action against him.

“It was an attack on him simply because he was there doing his job against somebody else.”

A spokeswoman for Attorney-General Martin Pakula said it was understood that police prosecuting the case had not requested a custodial sentence, but Mr Gatt said the court should still have taken stronger action.

“I’m not sure that it’s the job of the police to have to do the job of the courts,” he said.

“That’s their job, they have to be the one sending the message.

“What should have occurred, in our opinion, is a conviction should have been recorded.”

They would have been shot dead in their own country, these type are getting used to capsicum spray and it just doesn't work, if cops are getting attacked i would have thought a bullet would have been justified, 5ft2inch female cops probably shouldn't be on the front line anyway, they should be the tea lady's, unless they know karate.
