I didnt read that properly sorry but a name change is not illegal because its a change that is made within the same account- I think its a good idea because some get bored with the same name constantly- its not like they are trying to fool anyone because when you requote the old name is revealed within the quoted piece and the person knows that so I dont see how it is supposed to be like anyone is trying to be deceptive about anything- the mods dont have a problem with it- see Sets reply

yes I understand that...... I dont have any issues with a name change
