One of the DVDs I ordered after Xmas was advertised as temporarily out of stock.
Turns out they couldn't supply it.

Did they tell me? No.
I paid for it partly with a gift card and the balance with credit card. They refunded the gift card portion into my credit card.
Did they tell me about it? No.

Do you think I can get the balance out of them? No. Several phone calls have got me nowhere.
Not that I'll give up.
