Someone said we could not judge a person's Aboriginality on their skin colour.  Why isn't that applied in the matter of Pascoe?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Raven was once refused from being heard before a magistrate because he didn’t have a tie.

That’s just how it is. It’s not unreasonable at all.

Judge unreasonable for barring woman from Victorian court because of niqab, Islamic Council says

But Adel Salman, the vice-president of the ICV said the judge's decision, made on Wednesday, affected the woman's human rights.

"The woman had a right to be in the court to show support for her husband," Mr Salman said.

A Niqab hides everything but your eyes...  Sunglasses just your eyes...  not a very good comparison.

She's not a witness, dear, she's there to support her husband. The judge is making a point.

And a very good point it is, too: if you want to be present when justice is served, show your face. Its not a secret but an OPEN process. So don't  hide your face.

Justice has to be done AND IT HAS TO BE SEEN TO BE DONE. That goes for every participant in the process.

Also, no hats or sunglasses, so no facecovering. Respect local customs, daughters of Mohammed.
