Who doesn't eat breakfast?

So many people seem not to. Especially younger people.
We were.always taught it was the most important meal.
But I'm usually just a juice & cereal person.

Know the enemies of a civil society by their public behaviour, by their fraudulent claim to be liberal-progressive, by their propensity to lie and, above all, by their attachment to authoritarianism.

I only eat breakfast if I'm overseas, and staying in a hotel (love those little sausages).

When at home, I very rarely eat it (unless it's a Champagne breakfast, or breakfast meeting for work).

I have this funny habit of not eating when I'm not hungry, and when I get out of bed in the morning food is the last thing on my mind.

When I had to get up, get ready and be at work by 8.30-9.00, No, I didn't have time for breakfast, I would have "morning tea" of something like a toasted ham/cheese sandwich at around 10.30 though ...

These days, yes, I have 2 vita brits and a coffee for breakfast at around 9.30. Then lunch at about 1 and dinner at 6.30-700.

Sorry Boges but that's a pretty poor breakfast choice.

Juice is loaded with sugar and depending on the cereal, that will also spike your blood sugar. All that for next to no real nutritional value.

I like to skip breakfast a few times a week, simply because by having an early diner, 5 or 6pm then not eating until say 1pm, you get all the benefits which fasting gives you for just about none of the pain.

Do you think the obvious "real English breakfast" that they offer at B&Bs is "healthy"?  It always amazes me that the Poms can eat so much before going to work.

Take out the toast and the sugar from the baked beans, and that's a perfectly healthy breakfast, provided you stick within your calorie budget.

Listen up folks, the 'fat is bad' thing is really on the way out.

The only cereal you should eat is oats, and the least processed the better.

My breakfast of choice is one or two boiled eggs.

People were fooled into thinking breakfast cereal is healthy, because of that food pyramid crap.

That crap in the box is the worst thing in the world you can feed your kid, and yourself.

I have a glass of water, and a cup of tea for breakfast - that's it.

The latest thinking is the food pyramid should be turned upside down but taking out nearly all sugar.

After years of not eating breakfast I've started to have some cereal to go with all the tablets I'm taking. The stomach doesn't feel so bad then.

I have 2 eggs on wholemeal toast some shortcut bacon with all the fat trimmed off with tomato washed down with some coffee.

When i was younger i had a housemate who said cocaine was the breakfast of champions.

My Dutch neighbour, now deceased, always had a full English Breakfast ... the works!

Sausages, bacon, eggs, mashed potatoes, tomatoes, etc etc.

I have Breakfast about 30% of the time. Not that I don't want to just don't get around to it or don't have time.

Out the door by 6 am sort of does that.

I only eat breakfast if I'm overseas, and staying in a hotel (love those little sausages).

When at home, I very rarely eat it (unless it's a Champagne breakfast, or breakfast meeting for work).

I don't think anyone believes you have a job little pecca you're on here 24/7

I drink no added sugar orange juice, except when my own oranges are in season when I have freshly squeezed.
My cereal is most often sultana bran, sometimes weetbix.

Know the enemies of a civil society by their public behaviour, by their fraudulent claim to be liberal-progressive, by their propensity to lie and, above all, by their attachment to authoritarianism.

That's just a marketing con.

100% Orange juice is chock-a-block full of sugar already.

"The reality of the situation is that yes, a glass of orange juice does indeed contain some vitamin C, but that fact hardly outweighs the fact that O.J. is just loaded with sugar.

"A single 12 ounce glass of O.J. contains an incredible 9 teaspoons of sugar, about the same as a 12 ounce can of Coke!"

It'll rot your teeth faster than any soft drink.

It's bad stuff.

I would eat cereal for my late meal. Since it is a light meal I can digest overnight. I can then use the fibre to wake me with the need to go empty the bowels. Morning breakfast consists of sandwiches and fruit, with some kind of drink to wash it all down.
