Who doesn't eat breakfast?

So many people seem not to. Especially younger people.
We were.always taught it was the most important meal.
But I'm usually just a juice & cereal person.

Know the enemies of a civil society by their public behaviour, by their fraudulent claim to be liberal-progressive, by their propensity to lie and, above all, by their attachment to authoritarianism.

I only eat breakfast if I'm overseas, and staying in a hotel (love those little sausages).

When at home, I very rarely eat it (unless it's a Champagne breakfast, or breakfast meeting for work).

I have this funny habit of not eating when I'm not hungry, and when I get out of bed in the morning food is the last thing on my mind.

When I had to get up, get ready and be at work by 8.30-9.00, No, I didn't have time for breakfast, I would have "morning tea" of something like a toasted ham/cheese sandwich at around 10.30 though ...

These days, yes, I have 2 vita brits and a coffee for breakfast at around 9.30. Then lunch at about 1 and dinner at 6.30-700.

Sorry Boges but that's a pretty poor breakfast choice.

Juice is loaded with sugar and depending on the cereal, that will also spike your blood sugar. All that for next to no real nutritional value.

I like to skip breakfast a few times a week, simply because by having an early diner, 5 or 6pm then not eating until say 1pm, you get all the benefits which fasting gives you for just about none of the pain.

There must be a blue moon - I'm agreeing with Gordy now.

Juice and cereal for breakfast is the worst choice possible.

Orange juice has more sugar than Coke, and cereal has even more still.

Do you think the obvious "real English breakfast" that they offer at B&Bs is "healthy"?  It always amazes me that the Poms can eat so much before going to work.

Take out the toast and the sugar from the baked beans, and that's a perfectly healthy breakfast, provided you stick within your calorie budget.

Listen up folks, the 'fat is bad' thing is really on the way out.

The only cereal you should eat is oats, and the least processed the better.

My breakfast of choice is one or two boiled eggs.

People were fooled into thinking breakfast cereal is healthy, because of that food pyramid crap.

That crap in the box is the worst thing in the world you can feed your kid, and yourself.

I have a glass of water, and a cup of tea for breakfast - that's it.

The latest thinking is the food pyramid should be turned upside down but taking out nearly all sugar.

Leftists and the Ayatollahs have a lot in common when it comes to criticism of Islam, they don't tolerate it.
