No one is saying EV's are for everyone. You just stick to you gas guzzling clunkers. Suits me fine.
That's right, EVs are not for everyone .... especially in rural and regional areas
There was a power outage while I was typing this post, got halfway through the first line,
poof, gone
Had to start computer and TV again when power resumed, lost what wasn't yet saved on the comp
Motorists with EVs won't put up with blackouts while trying to charge batteries in cars, use your head
In the meantime we have no alternative but to stick with "gas guzzling clunkers", but that shows how much you know about the bush, no one has a gas guzzling clunker, they have fuel efficient 4s and V6s, because that's what sells these days, and the air here doesn't stink like in the cities. And when there's an emergency, we don't need to be charging batteries before taking off to the hospital or where ever
EVs would be good for the cities, but it'll be 100 years before they'll be viable in the bush, if at all, there's just too much that can go wrong, and many billions of dollars needed to be spent on roads and facilities first, plus definitely NO blackouts
(Another two short power outages while trying to get this post finished, again had to restart computer, both times. If home power outlets for charging EV batteries have electronic regulator and safety circuits, they might need re-booting as well)
What a load o0f rubbish.
Doesn't seem to bother owners of Teslas when they get a free charge from a super charger. Well worth the wait. You lot can take it up the arse at the fossil fool bowser for all I care. You are so used to taking it up the arse that you don't know any better.
60 miles of charge in about 15 minutes for FREEEEEEEE....
Yes it was FREEEEEEEEE.... That terrible word that you conservatives hate when it comes to energy !!
