You're confused.

'The ropes' is how something is done.

A 'loophole' is "an ambiguity or inadequacy in the law or a set of rules."

So, as I explained to you before, there's nothing wrong with the ropes - it's the loopholes that need to be eliminated in order to stop illegal transactions.

Yes......and more so now he has been refused bail.

If he tries the Supreme Court, hopefully the refusal will be upheld....in the meantime, he's exactly where he should be.
