Hardly feasible to establish electric vehicle manufacturing in a country where sales would be minimal because of distances and number of recharging points required, and exporting these 'vehicles' from Australia, again, just wouldn't be viable.......

What a load of rubbish. Everyone with a power point has a charging point and probably with more than enough charge during the night to give them their daily commute. I don't see why progress should be held up just because their are a few people stupid enough to drive from melbourne to perth and assume they speak for the rest of us who probably don't do more than 50k's a day just to get to work or do the shopping.

And yet you yourself refuse to own an electric car, you still own a gas guzzling fossil foo car and have made no effort at all to make the transition, well except to abuse everyone else just like you.

You will look a lot less like a hypocritical fkkwit if you ever buy one of your magical electric cars and get rid of your current vehicle of choice.

Until then I suggest you keep your accusations of 'idiots who own fossil fool cars' to a minimum.

You still have successfully explained why hardly anyone wants to buy these wonderful vehicles yet. Not surprising, you never really explained why YOU don't have an EV either.  Grin Grin Grin
