The Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic voted 163 out of 165 to reject the EU's mandatory migrant quotas.

One member said "the EU is committing suicide and wants us to join it"

As long as France still thinks it's poop don't stink in the EU (the French Language is still deemed 'important' in the U.N. compared to the more successful 'English' as the International Language) - so hence why Britain and other Euro nations are starting to 'step back' (exit) from the EU.
