The Swedish finance minister, Magdalena Andersson, in a Friday interview for the newspaper Dagens Nyheter said that Sweden made a mistake by accepting thousands of asylum seekers in 2015.
It is the first such statement of the politician from the ruling Sweden’s Socialist Working Party, whose coalition government together with the Green Party, welcomed over 163 thousand asylum seekers in 2015.

"The integration [of immigrants] does not go as it should. () We had a problem with it before the autumn of 2015 (when Sweden accepted a wave of migrants). For me it is obvious that we cannot accept more asylum seekers than we can integrate. It will not be good either for people who come here or for the whole society," said the Swedish Finance minister Magdalena Andersson.

According to the politician, people who come to Sweden "face a very tense situation" while greater housing and education opportunities exist in other European countries.

"I think these people [immigrants] have a better chance if they seek asylum in another country," Andersson admitted. (
The Minister of Finance told the newspaper Dagens Nyheter that her own Social Democratic Workers Party was to blame for the tense situation in Sweden in connection with the admission of immigrants on such a massive scale.

"We have a reason for self-criticism(), it should have been clear beforehand that we were not able to accept more people than our country can cope with" - said Magdalena Andersson.In August 2015, the Swedish Prime Minister, Stefan Löfven said at a rally in Stockholm that Europe “should not build walls”. In November of the same year, as a result of the wave of migration, the Swedish government decided to restore border control and tighten immigration regulations.()
When asked what should be done to allow integration of people who obtained the right of residence in Sweden, Magdalena Andersson replied that their entry into the labor market must be faster.

"The children must grow up and see that their parents work. More families must have adequate housing conditions and children should learn what they need at school. There are no other requirements for people who came here than for us who were born in Sweden "- said the Minister of Finance.

The level of unemployment in Sweden among people born in the country is just over 4 percent. Unemployment among people living in Sweden and born in another country reaches 15 percent.

The MSM Faces the Truth About Sweden

Every day since he began running for president, the international media have scoured Donald Trump's statements and actions in search of something to mock. One day last February, they fastened on an unscripted remark he made at a rally in Florida. “We’ve got to keep our country safe,” he told the crowd. “You look at what’s happening in Germany, you look at what’s happening last night in Sweden. Sweden, who would believe this? Sweden. They took in large numbers. They’re having problems like they never thought possible.”

Trump went on to mention Brussels, Nice, and Paris, the sites of recent terrorist attacks. But the media zeroed in on Sweden, because Trump had made it sound as if something specific and terrible, some act of terrorism or Muslim gang crime or some such thing, had happened in that country the night before. As it happened, that was not the case. “There were questions,” reported the Guardian, “about whether Trump had confused Sweden with Sehwan in Pakistan, where more than 85 people were killed in a suicide bombing at the Sufi shrine on Thursday.” The Guardian also cited dubious Swedish statistics purportedly indicating that crime levels in Sweden had been stable for a long time.

As it turned out, Trump had been referring to an appearance on Tucker Carlson's Fox News program by filmmaker Ari Horowitz, who had discussed his documentary about the devastating impact of mass Muslim immigration on Sweden. But nobody in the mainstream media wanted to talk about that. No, they preferred to take the opportunity to present Trump as clueless and irresponsible. The New York Times ran articles two days in a row about his supposed gaffe, and claimed that everyone in Sweden had been “flabbergasted” by it. Swedish officials and journals had a particularly good time dismissing it. Former Prime Minister Carl Bildt tweeted: “Sweden? Terror attack? What has he been smoking?” The newspaper Aftonbladet jokingly provided a list of some not-terribly-earthshaking events that had taken place in Sweden on the night in question. For example: “Due to harsh weather in northern parts of Sweden the road E10 was closed between Katterjakk and Riksgransen.”



. . . .Yet as the months went by, more conscientious observers found other reasons to recall Trump's passing remark. In April, after a terrorist ran down pedestrians with a truck on Drottninggatan in Stockholm, The Telegraph (UK) actually published an article by Hayley Dixon whose headline explicitly raised the question of whether Trump had, perhaps, been right. “Just over six weeks after Donald Trump was mocked across the world for suggesting that Sweden was the victim of a terror attack,” wrote Dixon, “at least three people have been left dead when a hijacked truck ploughed into pedestrians.” Dixon went on to provide an overview – surprisingly honest by mainstream-media standards – of Swedish immigration levels, integration problems, and no-go zones.

Yes, some of us have been writing about these things for a long time. But we've done so in non-mainstream media, at “alternative” websites, and our reports have been routinely smeared in established news organs as exaggerated, hysterical, apocryphal, racist, and/or Islamophobic. We may wish that the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, and the news divisions of CBS, NBC, and ABC – and their equivalents abroad – didn't matter. But they do. To millions of folks who still buy dead-tree newspapers or turn on the TV at dinnertime to get their news, those traditional sources of information, however full they are of fake news, remain their windows on the world. And so when a paper like the Telegraph runs a piece that at least begins to tell the truth about Sweden, it's a big deal. For many readers, it will mark the first time they ever discovered that Sweden isn't a paradise on earth.

Last month, even the New York Times got into the act. Sort of. On December 10, it reported on a Molotov cocktail attack on a Gothenburg synagogue. Of course, being the Times, it managed to sidestep the words Muslim and Islam . . . . .
Four days after its report on the synagogue bombing, the Times ran an op-ed headlined “The Uncomfortable Truth About Swedish Anti-Semitism” in which Swedish writer Paulina Neuding put the bombing into perspective, noting that her country was undergoing a tsunami of violent attacks on Jewish targets. The Times actually allowed Neuding to mention, nine paragraphs into the piece, that the chief perpetrators of these attacks are Muslims.

After Over 200 Years of Peace, Sweden Prepares for War

According to Aftonbladet, the Swedish government is preparing to reissue the pamphlet “If the war comes” and send it to all 4.7 million households in the country. The director of communication of the Defence Authorities Svante Werger stated that “we are anticipating the possibility of an armed attack by a foreign nation.”

The pamphlet was first issued in 1943 during WWII but was retired after the end of the Cold War. As such, its revival marks a level of fear of conflict not seen for three decades. While the Defence Authorities do not explicitly state which foreign nation they are referring to, given the recent debates in the Swedish parliament, it is widely believed to be Russia.

Yes, Russia again. It seems like they are every leftist’s favorite villain these days.
However, there may be another reason closer to home that they’re concerned about preparing the populace for war. For several decades, Sweden has had a sclerotic immigration policy under which uneducated and often illiterate people from poverty and war-stricken areas would be free to come to the nation.
They have been gathering in ghettos rejecting Swedish culture and civil values while collecting their welfare checks. These ghettos have turned into no-go zones in which ethnic Swedes cannot safely enter.

It is in these places that large groups of young men, mostly Muslims, have been accumulating military grade weapons. Yes, that’s right. They are building a paramilitary army. This has resulted in Sweden having a hand grenade problem. Only countries at war have as many hand grenade attacks per capita, and they are escalating.
Only this January 7, a hand grenade attack at a Stockholm subway station killed a man in his sixties. Then on January 16, a police station was attacked in Malmö. No-one died, but multiple vehicles were damaged.

If you don’t think that is extreme, then consider the fact that these paramilitary migrant gangs have now been observed roaming the streets with Kalashnikovs. Prime Minister Stefan Löfven made the following startling statement:


“While it’s not my first action to use the military, I’m prepared to do what it takes to ensure that the seriously organized crime goes away.”
In other words, the situation is so bad in Sweden that they do not consider the police able to handle it. In fact, Justice Minister Morgan Johansson rejected even the involvement of the military by stating that “the military is not able to solve this problem.”

For now, Löfven is hoping that fighting the economic crimes of the roaming gangs will result in reduced violence on the street by starving their financial capabilities.

That seems woefully inadequate and reflects a country in a moral crisis, unwilling to take the necessary steps to rectify the disasters their failed immigration policies have inflicted on their once peaceful nation. Sweden has not been in a war for more than two hundred years, and from the outside, it looks like they have simply forgotten how to defend themselves.

The New York Times, alone among the sad MSM, has published a mea culpa admitting it got it wrong on Sweden.
It now acknowledges that the media & commentators, including then candidate Trump, who highlighted the horrendous consequences of mass immigration in terms of crime, gangs & the rest were absolutely right and they were wrong.

It's never too late to admit you're wrong, but they've still got a helluva way to go to clean up their act.
