Not really under European control. Africans basically asked the Europeans to run their countries, even after decolonisation. But most of the world is doing their own thing.

I have actual told them this.

To the daughter I've told her that guys at night clubs are only after one thing.

To the son I've told him that girls at night clubs are just out to have a good time.

Like everyone they have to go through it.

Personally I went off clubbing around 23 or 24, couldn't stand them after that for those very reasons mind you I started at around 16.
