Cyclical Moods & Emotions

This is my Christmas present to you all - Merry Christmas and a happy New Year

Years ago, while researching why we think in certain ways, I discovered that the deeper you go into the mind, the more cyclical everything clearly is, and if charts are made, the invisible becomes visible and brings them up into your conscious mind where you can see them and learn from them

I've chosen moods and emotions from my research for this thread, because they are helpful if you want to avoid "bad luck" in your life

But these moods and emotions are not the superficial ones you are conscious about the instant they occur, they are the ones you"re not conscious about, and once they are charted, they are predictable into the future in a very accurate way

This is how you chart them to make them useful in your life: Take one or two minutes per day in the late evening and think back through the day and separate the moods and emotions that came over you through that day. Then select the one or two (no more than two) that effected you more than the others did. Give them common names like: anger, overwhelmed, shouted, loved, cursed, accident prone, fear, passion ... there are hundreds to describe our feelings, you can even use "moody" and "emotional" on days where they are appropriate. In the end though, only about 30-40 descriptions will be used for one cycle, then those same descriptions repeat for the next cycle. That's the miracle of it when the cycle is charted if you don't change the descriptions just because they appeared in the previous cycle

You'll need a writing pad and pencil to record vertically down the pages with the date next to each entry. Just one or two words is all that's needed per entry, any more will tend to obscure the cyclical pattern and make it difficult to predict when your next "mishap", "confrontation" or "loving encounter" in the following months will occur

A fresh chart that starts with say "accident prone", will cycle through and end with a mood or an emotion right before the next "accident prone". The next cycle will start from that point, starting with "accident prone", ... "accident prone" doesn't mean an accident will happen, it only means you are prone to being involved in an accident around that day, the fault can be yours or that of someone else, it makes no difference, you just need to avoid accidents

The duration of one cycle is roughly one month, sometimes a little more than a month, sometimes a little less. The variation is due to us not being robots, however, the deeper you go into the human mind, the more the cyclical patterns become robotic, the mind starts out as raw electrical signals from the brain, then they progress to all the "transistors" and "chips" to work out what we are going to say or do next, but we are in the deeper unconscious mind with this chart

When the moods and emotions have been charted over a few months, it is then possible for you to get used to this cyclical pattern without charting it, become fully aware that it really does exist, and then have that extra knowledge for when you're driving around in your car, or dealing with work colleagues or on a trip somewhere meeting up with strangers, and so on

Predicting moods and emotions is only a simple matter of counting the number of days in the first or previous cycle on the chart to the mood or emotion you are concerned about. It might be "road rage" (the mood or emotion would be "fearful", if you were on the receiving end). Count the number of days from where you are on the chart and becoming concerned, and that's the number of days till "road rage" could easily happen in the next cycle, but allow a day each side of that point just to be sure

Drive carefully without provoking other motorists in any way shape or form, that's what it means. On the other hand, if other motorists upset you, be comforted by the fact that you at least know about the Mood and Emotion Cycle, whereas they may not. Knowledge is power, so it goes
