Ouch!

Is that here?

Sure is, bucko.

How'd they get the info?

Well, it included a 12-month investigation involving dozens of interviews with survivors of domestic violence, counsellors, priests, psychologists and researchers from a range of Christian denominations — including Catholic, Anglican, Baptist, Pentecostal and Presbyterian.

Get someone to read the article to you, and you'll find all the answers.

Or, would you rather make excuses for Christians who beat their wives?

So somebody asked all the wife beaters in Australia their religion and the strictness of their religious convictions? Then they tallied it up hey?

Because your article is rubbish. The cops and law people don't ask what religion wife beaters are. Nobody knows.

Says the ABC.

What the researchers actually said:

“there is an inverse relationship between church attendance and domestic violence … conservative Protestant men who attend church regularly are found to be the least likely group to engage in domestic violence."

Do you believe the researchers or the ABC misrepresenting them?

Are you covering up for distorters, Turdy McTurdface?
Yes.

Ouch!!!

I suggest you read the article, because you're looking quite silly at the moment.

So they got this broad statement from dozens of interviews???
Research shows that the men most likely to abuse their wives are evangelical Christians who attend church sporadically

What rubbish.

Domestic violence is due to a 1,000 reasons.

Research.

Q. "Excuse me, sir, do you beat your wife?'

A. "Sure."

Q. "Oh! How often?'

A. "When she needs it."

Q. "On a regular basis?"

A. "She's avoiding the beatings, so less regularly."

Q. "Are you takin' the piss?"

A. "No. I'm Muslim."

Cool

Wife beaters come from all walks of life, all religions, all nations, all colours, all races.

However, research shows that the men most likely to abuse their wives are evangelical Christians who attend church sporadically.
