One Nation preferenced all sitting members last in Queensland which I think hurt the Coalition more than the ALP who probably wouldn't get One Nation votes anyway....The Coalition should seriously think about doing a preference deal with One Nation in future or risk electoral oblivion???

Huh Huh Huh

So how come the abc predictions were all predicting the one nation preferences would put the libbo c words over the many line ball games that were the story of that particular night?

Here is an article that explains it if you are interested???

Quote:
"They directed preferences against every sitting LNP member, but for some reason we decided that One Nation should not be preferenced last."

The LNP preferenced One Nation above Labor in over half of the electorates, while Labor put the minor party last."

The abc forecaster certainly had a much more definite view!

Do 1/3 of Australians secretly like one nation?

I'm not sure about that but I can tell you one thing for sure; 2 out of 3 Australians love COPPER and they can't get enough of the blessed stuff. You can take that to the bank.

The ALP, the progressive party, the party of ideas, the workers' friend, is the only Australian political party to roast four young Australians in roof cavities. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

This is what done the Liberals...

Yes, that would take away the libs chance of winning.

the libs now no longer stand for what they used to.

Don't recall them ever standing for anything ?  Just that people were more gullible.

There's nothing more gullible than voting for the same 2 parties decade after decade . Especially when they put out  bad governments.

1/3 of Australians are genuinely pissed off, who else can we turn to but Pauline. 1/3 don't know what is going on at all so that leaves 1/3 who think they know best.

Bullshite: one nation saved their bacon!

The greens had f all!

Mostly, that is, because some seats had greens higher than one nation but mostly it was one nation who gave the Libs the seat via preferences!

That's why the decision has taken so long to become official!

um yeah...

you should probably stay out of politics as you clearly don't understand it like Kat, DNA and now yourstupidself...  Roll Eyes

Quote:
And unlike the situation with One Nation, whose anti-Liberal preferencing helped deliver Labor as many as ten Queensland seats, Richa is directing preferences to the Liberal’s John Alexander after Fred Nile’s Christian Democratic Party, with Keneally at number five, and the Greens last in a left-leaning field of 12.
