because of our stooopid preference rules....that allows someone to get into power and change sides if they so choose. because of a shonky out of date voting system...

But her body language leaves me to think that she has bs policies on hand with just about anything regarding the voters. If I bulged my eyes and head tilted doing an electoral promotion, then I would probably lose voters, too.
