Let's not forget the 'untouchables' of India. Millions of Europeans stolen to North Africa as part of the Barbary slave trade is worth mentioning as well. In fact most of Africa's tribal wars have their origins in hatreds due to skin colour. May as well include a mention of the Maori word,  pakeha. White devils.
