Modern polling methods are actually VERY accurate

If in doubt, just compare any Galaxy or Newspoll held immediately before any election in the modern era ?

Ask yourself why political parties conduct so many of their own internal polls - to determine whether it's time to change leaders ?

The interesting aspect of the ABS opinion poll - is that the result changed very little from opinion polls conducted before the far right "christian" hate-fest began
