My year 5 student teacher was a body builder. She was one of the nicest women I have met in my life. One day, she was lifting up something that I thought was quite heavy for a woman of her stature. Heavy, because I thought that I would have trouble lifting it as a 10 year old. I watched as she showed a lot of muscle definition in her forearm and biceps. Strong for someone who did not take steroids. But not too muscular.

The very next year, I saw her on the news competing in some local/state competition bodybuilding championships. All that tan oil accentuating her muscular bikini body. It helped with motivation for getting to sleep during my later teenaged years.

Now it is Frances' turn.

I find them all to be quite attractive. As for the girl on the far left, I am not complaining. She looks quite good.

My own daughter, 19, got involved in a type of body building for her modeling. She went from being a 49kg scrawny girl with twiggy legs to a curvy 60kg leggy girl with strong abdominal muscles and strong arms for someone her size. I don't think she is much taller than 173cm.

Its not, the high protein diet is hell on the kidneys and they deliberately dehydrate before comps. Body builders are known for dropping dead in their 40s from heart attacks.
