What part of 'represents' are you confusing with 'presents' - the girl posted on her own time and on her own line, and doesn't mention the business.  she made NO public statement involving the business.

Apart from that where does a person get off arbitrarily labeling opposition to something as 'hate speech'?

I, too, hope she is done for unfair dismissal - that should show people where the line is drawn.  Contractor, huh?  So she's not an employee as such, but the owner wants to treat her as both an employee and a contractor - been there, done that.... doesn't wash.  You're either one or the other and if you have an ABN you are a business separate from your personal views - to which you are entitled.

A business is ONLY entitled to consider someone paid by them to be 'going against their wishes' when it is direct company business.  These lines need to be clearly drawn since businesses have been getting away with petty dictatorship and abuse for far too long.

Do what the Yessers do, collect forms from letter boxes and buy them on eBay and vote multiple times.

A baker is providing an optional service - an employee or contractor has rights in terms of employment and conditions...... and it's not discrimination, it's personal choice based on claimed religious belief.
