I watched the 'reactionary' outburst by Penny Wong, in response to another panel member on QandA last night.  [i only watched about 3 minutes of it]

I was not surprised by her 'reactionary',       'those views are objectionable'      position.


Q.
Why is it,       that the default position for......

persons who align themselves with groups like       SSM/Antifa/'Socialist Alliance'/followers of ISLAM,

is to immediately say, that the views of anyone who does not share their worldview, are, 'OBJECTIONABLE' ?

i.e.
OBJECTIONABLE = = opposition to.     expressing an unconscionable view.    an opinion, which should not be openly expressed.

Dictionary;
unconscionable = = not right or reasonable.


i.e.
The first response, of persons who align themselves with groups like        SSM(1)/Antifa(1)/'Socialist Alliance'(1)/followers of ISLAM(1),
when confronted with a form of       DIVERSITY      with which THEY(1) do not align themselves(1),
is to do everything within their power, to try to prevent those views from being openly and fully expressed.



Q.
Why are such people(1)        so opposed to open and free debate of issues
with which they themselves are so deeply 'intertwined' ?

Do they(1) believe that their(1) own views and opinions and positions are, publicly, so weak and undefendable, that they cannot bear to defend them openly, and publicly ?

Q.
Do they(1) believe that the views and opinions and positions       of those(2) who disagree with them(1),      are so strong,        and are so reasonable,
that those views and opinions and positions cannot be defeated in the court of public scrutiny and public debate ?




PROPOSITION;

We have two persons.

Person(1)

And person(2)

If a person(1) has the power,     yes, the power,   to prevent another person(2) from freely expressing himself(2),
then that circumstance is demonstrating a power inequality, between those two persons.

i.e.
If the 1st person(1) has the power        to forbid and prevent        the 2nd person(2) from speaking, from expressing himself(2),
then essentially, the 1st person(1) is demonstrating that he(1) has       mastery      over the 2nd person(2)!

The 2nd person(2), is in no small sense, the slave, of the 1st person(1).

Because the 1st person(1) has demonstrated, that he has the power
to control and prohibit and permit, what the 2nd person(2) may, or may not, do.

The time has come when the MAJORITY needs to make its opinions known.

Last I heard it was LGBTQI, but that changes daily as they add more and more fringe groups.

I find it easier just to punch every key on the keyboard, that way I doubt if I would miss any.
