Working renovations at a prestigious All-Boys school.
There was more 'female' teachers employed than 'traditionally' in the past. This was probably to keep an eye on the Spiders that probably went unnoticed by the other male staff (under the radar).
But, the male students and female Teachers were constantly at loggerheads (could hear the female staff yelling at the male students often - definitely no cohesion).
So what to do?
Female staff - keeping the potential for disaster at bay, but not quite fitting in themselves.
It's not due to the Single Sex format because both Single-Sex and Co-Educational have their advantages and disadvantages.
Some like to work apart and socialise together, others like to work together and socialise apart.

When you're around these guys they have sex on the brain. Anything that looks remotely phallic and they'll crack out a penis joke...Oh dear that looks like the one I ate last night....

They're totally unsuitable to be around kids but the mindless PC drones would call that concern homophobic.

I have no problem with ssms having the same legal rights - but everyone I've spoken to out here in Realityland** says it is not a marriage and never can be ..... sorry 'bout that, but most grannies and grampas agree with that....

They would make up the majority of pederasts in the community. Paedophiles would normally come from the heterosexual community. Although they are usually a small minority of the entire community.
