Anyone notice the Muslim community has been completely silent on this issue? I wonder if they're awaiting the result to see if they could push to legalise polygamy in Australia?

They probably don't care.

Are you serious?

I was reading today that they did a survey before the poofters tried to stop the postal vote... and then one after they took it to court to try and stop the vote..

well...

the YES campaign dropped 7% ....

doesn't sound much but put it across australia and thats 1,000,000 votes lost...

so yeah... people are sick of getting bullied already..

imagine what they'd be like is the Yes Campaign wins...

they'll run to the nearest church and if the church tells them that they don't do poofter marriage than they'll be dragging them to court..

like they have don't already in other countries...

Why didn't the coalition enact religious protection before forcing this postal survey.

your own mob have forced this as you call it...postal vote...why didnt your mob ask LABOR TO CHANGE IT YOU HAD 6 YEARS..

Because the no campaign planned to play victim, so to get the sympathy vote.

This is a set up, so to con the undecided.

Grin Grin Grin SYMPATHY VOTE.....WHAT THE?

you are scrambling for excuses  nothing new there I have to admit.. but sympathy  Roll Eyes Roll Eyesfor what pray?...

you sunshine and the bullies I see are the reason I voted NO....

no other reason at all..

and sure as hell has nothing to do with sympathy.. Grin Grin

What I really read into the statements from no voters being well I'm voting no because of how the yes supporters are acting is that  "I know I cant come ujp with any logical statements to support why I vote no, so I'll grasp at any straw I can"

I'm pro SSM and really considering voting no as a protest against militant political correctness.

My conscience will be clear because it's a dead cert that Labor will push it thru next time they're in power.

See again a silly train of thought. You have found the slippery slope

I bloody hope you're wrong: as a Labor voter I am appalled that Shorten is pro gay marriage because it's not my view on the matter!

In my personal experience, Marriage is a farce. I would never, ever do it again.

We lived together for 9 years before getting married. It went downhill from then, especially when I became pregnant with my only child, a daughter.

Gay Relationships can already be REGISTERED so that covers the Legal aspects with regard to inheritance and so forth. Otherwise they might need expensive lawyers to sort out whether they are "partners" or just "flatmates".  Wink

SS couples get the same as married couples under the Law in Australia.

Uni Students need a WAR to protest about.

What are you saying?

they should have phrased the questions so a YES means 'sanity prevails'. Things stay as they are .

They certainly shouldn't be spending millions of our tax payer dollars on a survey to further advertise their propaganda before the politicians do their actual job!
