I cant understand why the LGBT community is so dead set against it.

They keep telling us they have the numbers...!

OR is that the numbers in parliament.....?

It's being rushed and everyone knows that is a hustlers trick!

The LGBTQI community know that the general community finds it all a bit too suspicious and are blaming Turnbull for not giving them a respectful chance at victory.

I see this as tactics from Turnbull as I don't think he actually wants gay marriage to become law on his watch.

Shocked

I actually support Mal on this issue and good on him for giving everyone a chance to vote on it.

...fair enough: i don't want gay marriage in Australia either  Cheesy

Nor does Mal: THAT IS THE WHOLE POINT!!

Oh no...  mal wants it.

I don't think he does: he's thinking about his legacy and he doesn't want this as his legacy because he's got nothing else and he doesn't want this to be it!

He even states his position on it...
He even states that the Plebiscite stance would only stay for this term of government.  He like Shorten want to bring it in and have bragging rites.
If he wins the election, he will bring on a vote in Parliament. Roll Eyes

Notice how many of the high school kids are ready to vote YES....!!

Roz Ward done her job.

Considering that you have to be over 18 to be on the electoral roll it is pretty irrelevant what high school students think.

Also it's not a vote.
It's a non binding plebiscite
