Buy your beef from a supermarket—you are getting feedlot cattle, finished on grain (not natural) and pumped full of antibiotics because grain is not natural cattle feed and the crowding and the belly–high piles of cowshit are also not natural or healthy.
I buy beef from a place in the Adelaide Hills that feeds their cows on grass then WALKS them to the place next door which is the abattoir—no stress of a 3000Km trip in a BDouble etc. My pork comes from the farm of a woman who raises heritage breeds of pork and again, the pigs make no great journey to the abattoirs. Chickens from Saskia Beer, etc.
Healthier and much more delicious!
What about milk? Do you drink homogenised milk? “Low fat” (skim) milk? You are drinking “fvvcked up milk” because the more the milk is processed the less food value it has. I drink Paris Creek dairy organic pasteurised (used to drink the unpasteurised version, no longer available) full cream (full fat) milk. Organic milk, minimally fvvcked with. Same with yoghurt, cream etc. Eat plenty dairy, good for you. Twice my old Mum fell, once bad enough to need a trip to the emergency dept with a cut to her head. No problem, just a cut, head etc fine. Most old women—dead a few days later. Not Mum, eat cheese every single day.
Eat a lot of processed food? Salt & sugar + artifical flavors. Cut*it*out*
Buying fruit and veges from supermarkets? Meat? CUT*IT*OUT* All the food items in a s/mart are produced to look good then can be stored forever. The “Fresh Food People” do not sell Jonathon apples because Jonathans DO NOT STORE!
I am sure you can find better places to buy your food: find and support a great butcher and a great greengrocer. Really, jewels! Look for farmers markets, central markets.

Most things we eat today have many unnatural ingredients.
Maybe that's why cancer rates are so high.
When my parents where alive I asked them did they have such high cancer rates back in their day.
The answer was NO.
Their main food back then was dairy poultry greens and two or three times a year on special occasions meat.
All natural of course no chemicals.
Lots of them lived to be 100 years.
I should add fit 100 year olds.
