It's not xenophobia to notice the shortcomings of foreigners and to remark on them, Bwian. They are not sacred cows. Not every aspect of every foreign culture is commendable. Some, if not most, are downright hideous and repulsive. It's OK to say so. Despicable human conduct must not be allowed to hide behind being 'foreign', you silly old cow. In many ways I agree with you, Soren. Problem is you just take it to the point of persecution. For you, no "foreigner" is good enough. Sorry, you forget that you're a bloody foreigner as well. Simply standing in the street and shouting at people because of their foreignness will get you no where - a lesson you seem incapable of learning. People are people. Differences exist and will continue to exist between people because of their past experiences. Not everybody has been to Baloney and not everybody is as nasty as you, thankfully. You just don't get the hint, do you, Soren? To you, all "foreigners" are nasty, dirty scoundrels who should be made well aware of their condition, right? Well, bugger off is my advice to you. Grow up, learn to tolerate and accept differences. As long as they are acting within the law, they have committed no crimes. Simples really. You are simply idiotic. I dont ever criticise foreigners who fit in, adjust and assimilate to their chosen country. I only ever criticise foreigners who come here and militantly remain as foreign to this country as they can be. A large number of these are the supremacist Muslims who parade their alienness and separateness. Well, bugger them and you if you are defending their disdain for the country that took them in and tolerates you and your ilk of fifth column undermines and betrayers. How do you define "assimilate", Soren? Do you have a meter which measures how far a migrant has "assimilated"? How do they have to measure up to your standard? Does it mean they aren't allowed to speak their native language at all? Does it mean they cannot dress how they like? Does it mean they must give up their religion to adopt one you approve of? Do they have to wear singlets, shorts and have a beer in one hand and a BBQ sausage in the other? Do they have to change their names? Their childrens' names? Do they have to love Aussie Rules footy or NRL? Come on, you're the one making demands, lets see how you're going about this, OK? How do we know if you've assimilated? How do we know you're not some Johnny-come-lately, long-haired Danish invader, Mmm? How about we see if you measure up to our standards? Afterall, you have to remember, Soren, you flew here, I grew here. If anybody is going to make sure anybody has assimilated, don't you think the native born Australians should do it, rather than some fly-in Danish? Or would that be too difficult for you to cope with?
