I have one too and mine attracts hummingbirds and all kinds of bees as well. In fact, that has been the theme of most of the gardening I have done in this house so I am surrounded by it on all sides.

............ hummingbirds .............

You should get a medal for that .
They are a rarity now.

We have had the odd bumblebee in our yard, maybe they will come in greater numbers when there is ALWAYS a banquet at our place for them.

Saw a butterfly the other day, wondered if she was a scout searching for future venues ?

Scale it to about 600x600 or whatever fits the aspect ratio around that size, then save it as a jpeg.

Jpeg is a lossy format, ie it loses data for it's compression, pick a high number when saving like 90.

I can feel our Forest 'humming'.
My wife says it breathes.

It took me a while to feel it breathing.
She does breathe. Slow deep full breaths.
Not in a human cadence.

The ButterFly Forest hums.
She is up and tottering with new born steps.

After not seeing butterflies around for some years.  This year I have noticed quite a few.  Mostly in pairs.

It's inspirational.

Aren't they quite abundant, everywhere there....as in it would be very odd if you did not have them?

no, butterflies are in a decline in N America and have been for quite some time and hummingbirds are not everywhere. many people now, including myself, put in butterfly gardens to help increase the numbers
