Neferti Gold Member Offline Posts: 7965 Canberra Gender:	OzPol is Insecure! Jun 20^th, 2017 at 7:06am I am getting the message "this connection is not secure" again when I go to log in. It was "fixed" (I use Firefox) but seems to be screwed up again. I can't remember what we had to do last time and I can't find the previous thread. It has something to do with this site not being Https. Can somebody help. I can log in but it is annoying.

Read the article.

On my version of Firefox I have an exceptions list for sites I want to use that don't comply. It appears to be Windows versions of Firefox that require disabling.

OzPol and PA are the only sites I visit that threw up that "warning". Every other site is HTTPS!

The other thing I find with Firefox is that since Version 53 (I think) it prompts you to save your passwords. I have only just discovered a way to stop that is to click on the arrow (or whatever) next to "don't save" and you get the choice of "NEVER save". Grin

I do want to save some passwords as I have different ones for every site I log in to. So saving some "saves time" and grey matter. Wink

You can do it yourself if you have shell access, and you do, it's free and can be set up to update certs automagically.
