when you apply this to a troll, what you will understand is that they have low self esteem and bringing others down is their egos way of trying to preserve state.  people with low self esteem find it very difficult to take action. so when they see someone who is posting stuff just to be 'self amused", they cant vibe with that. the only way their ego can deal with that is to try to cut the other guy down.

once you understand this, then you can use the troll to develop firmer and firmer personal boundaries.
the troll now serves a useful purpose. the troll is teaching you that you neither need nor want everyones approval.
this builds resilience and enables you to push thru "social pressure". it essentially turns a loss (arguing with a troll) into a win (just laughing off the troll).

we all want to be resilient ...right
we all want to be people who live life on our terms...right
the troll is a temptation to descend into lower consciousness
view the troll the same way someone on a diet should view a big chocalate cake. look at it and draw strength from the fact that you knwo its there and you are so grounded in your own awesome self disciplien that you can ignore it. now you are getting power off the troll, now the problem is the solution, now you are using a negative to fuel an upward spiral, now the obstacle is merely a stepping stone.

yes I have noticed that... and I feel sorry for them to be honest....so rude and spiteful  and they dont mind who knows it....I wouldnt want the world to know what a mean spiteful person I really am would you???..

you do manage to hold yourself higher than those though and thats the whole point...

sadly as you say they dont see it they are too busy smirking behind the toilet blocks of life..

the troll is essentially consumed with fear .

this fear is the polar opposite to the wisdom and beauty that may be shared with loving intent ,which MUST attack * [ the nature of fear/hate ]

of constantly stepping up a notch or incremental rung of the ladder of spiritual light or jacobs ladder within all beings through affirmations and cognitive meditation .

each spiritual ceremony you participate in and conduct ,

separate your ViBrATioN from the negative entity

by doing this it is too harmful for the negative entity to attack or manipulate you unless you can be co erced into negative thoughts and actions LIKE TROLLING *

watching pornography , masturbation , judgement , to name a few actions that these negative entities thrive on..

and yet this troll has given up research and given in to this negative entity whom supports the governmental programming and system of domination and control .thus and then ,the pain and suffering of others ,

the constant energetic exchange of fear / hate , and the ongoing transfer of cyclical hatred is needed as food or sustenance for the entity or negative energetic construct to survive

and constantly restamp his authority over the troll whom has given up in fear and has been possessed in the construct of fear .the troll gets a kick and cheap thrill out of this as a caveat ..

one may interact with the troll and see if you can win in this game of hate ,which will interrupt your highest ViBraTion ,yet this a valuable lesson which strengthens your resolve ,

or simply disconnect and ignore the troll and continue sharing your beauty and wisdom ,

the troll can change and become a loving being

but first will need to confront the aforementioned negative entity that has been invited within

yet either way

Back when I was sixteen, wayyy back in 2001, I got my first computer with insurance money after my dad passed away. I love attention so I got involved with acting websites, mostly amateur voice acting stuff. They were boards populated by similar young teens - often younger - who just wanted to voice their favourite anime character. I used the attention I got by being quick-witted to also be mean, belittling kids I didn't know from around the world for their "crappy anime avatars" or what have you. If it all sounds petty and small, then rest assured that I agree!

I was involved with every bit of message board drama in the community from 2001-2007ish. I was a major member, given moderator status through sheer force of will and then I would abuse my power to pick on people I thought were idiots. I would fight with the administrators just because I knew it made them mad. After about a decade of being known as an "intelligent jerk" or a "funny arsehole," I think there came a confluence of things that made me want to reform - is that even the word? It sounds so silly, but I mean I probably really hurt some peoples' feelings somewhere along the line and that sucks. The things that made me change were:

1. I was growing older. I was in my early twenties. I wanted to go to college, which my family couldn't afford. I had made lots of true friends via those circles who I'm still friends with today fifteen years later - they knew the real me, an incredibly polite nice guy who liked to use what was essentially a character online to cut loose and get attention. But I had friends, I was losing interest in voice acting and was there mostly for the people I liked and to troll those I didn't know. I was, frankly, too old for that poo - but then, so I was at sixteen.

2. I knew what I wanted next. I wanted to go to school and become a teacher. I never did a good job of hiding my identity, so I figured if some enterprising student did their due diligence and found my old history I'd rather them see a good example rather than what I was. I've been a teacher for two years now and no one has found that old stuff, but hopefully I can use it as a teachable moment when it does happen.

3. I didn't like what I was. "Intelligent jerk" and "funny arsehole" were sentiments from friends. Who the hell wants to be known as a jerk and an arsehole? It's not that I no longer enjoyed attention, but with age came the knowledge that I can be intelligent and funny without being an assjerk.

Today I am still a moderator, in name only, at one of those communities. I'm still friends with so many from that place, many of which are professional VAs now. Now, though, I'm turning 30 and people know me for how I truly am and no little kids have to cry. I feel better about myself. If I were to die today and someone were to check my internet history (because, come on, that's totally what you do to a friend who has just died) then I'd be more than ok with what they saw there today rather than if it had been fifteen years earlier. I'm not proud of how I was, but slowly, over time, I think anyone who is a "troll" eventually figures out that life under the bridge kinda sucks


  well lets hope there is a life after being a troll...

at least this troll saw the error of his ways.

Many you listed certainly want to push their agenda, but they are posting their opinion.  Some of them even care about what is true or false and most will at least start with something factual an then give their opinion on it.  That opinion doesn't always match the facts, but that alone isn't enough to consider one a troll.

Juliar flirts with the line but that's only because he hates the left and has trouble finding facts and evidence strong enough to justify the hate.  But at least he is open about it.

Light on the other hand, there is no interest what so ever in reality or the facts.  While he may post paragraph after paragraph little is his own.  It's mostly copy/paste jobs from other peoples word, fed to him from the various pro trump or conspiracy corners of the web.  What little is contributed is often one liners, insult memes and gifs or reposts of previously ignored spam.  With a few exception as above, it's plain to see in all the threads he posts in, especially those about one topic but mentions a word such as fake news or autism and then he tries to drag it off topic to repost much of the nonsense others have ignored over and over.

The fact that he takes the most detached and outrageous lines possible doesn't help.

It is sad that OzPol has a place for someone like that, but so it is.

People are all to quick to dismiss people or opinions they don't agree with as trolling, but there is no doubt when it comes to our friend Light.  I wish I had more strength and could just ignore him like so many of you can as you would a crazy homeless person screaming and arguing with themselves in the street, but his assault on the truth, on facts and reality is sometimes too much to let go.

That's certainly on me.

Mr Light doesnt bother me too much I just ignore..yadda is another I cant stand their format  and bible bashers dont do it for me...they seem very set in their ways    .. and I dont need to read them...they hardly come on to threads I am interested in anyway  so that also works..

what I do find  rude are those who only comment on the poster....its all about them rather than the topic so that tells me a whole lot about those people...

its hard to avoid them  as they tend to seek out those they disagree with deliberately  .. I find fighting or defending myself  quite exhausting to be honest..

how do you deal with people who seem to seek you out just to crunch you??...it happens a lot on here...I can never make them out to be honest....a troll to me is someone who goes out of their way to make your day uncomfortable....

if you can say something nice about someone say nothing at all...

stick to the topic..
