I don't think I've read any of her books. She seems to mainly write historical fiction and is probably best known for her Tudor period books.

She is the speaker for this year's BBC Reith Lectures and you can hear the first one here:

I found her very interesting.

I've read 'Wolf Hall', only and it was very good.
