Upon serious reflection, Gnads, it's probably time for you to call me a man-hater and move on to another thread.

I think we've exhausted your capacity for input on this discussion.

Unless you want to try a spot of victim blaming?

The police, the government & the courts victim blame for a multitude offenses. It is just the way it is, whether you agree with it or not.

It is an offence to leave your window open in Queensland, lest a theif breaks into your car and commits an actual crime.

Under Queensland law, if a driver is more than 3m from their car, the vehicle must be "secured" with the engine off, hand brake applied, ignition key removed (if no one over 16 remains in vehicle) and windows up with a gap no more than 5cm

http://www.couriermail.com.au/brisbane-motorist-fined-for-leaving-car-window-sli...

Refusing to take responsibility for your own personal security will not help you in anyway avoiding being a victim of crime, in fact it will in all likelihood vastly increase your chances of becoming a victim.

The world is sh1tty that way.

Oh? Interesting.

What do you propose are the legal requirements for a person to protect themselves against rape?

It has nothing to do with me.

It is the way the situation is, nothing I can do or say will change that.

Mole knows the score.

So what do you suggest women and girls do to prevent them being raped?

I'll just assume you don't want to offer any suggestions on how to stop men raping.

Priorities, innit.

No.

OK - so you'd rather see tax payers money wasted to keep them locked up for longer
& then let out on the streets to rape & perhaps murder more victims?

What about Adrian Bayley?

Like I said before and Ill repeat it again for your benefit.

It has NOTHING to do with me.

NOTHING I say or do will make any difference to the situation.

Demanding I supply solutions for something that has nothing to do with me, and is NOT of my making, is pointless.

Come on, Hole, whenever a few boys have a bit of fun with you, you always cry rape. You're the biggest victim here.

After Herbie, I mean.

Actually I stated a fact, the law considers victims of crime to be responsible (in part) and in some cases will fine a potential victim for potentially facilitating a crime.

Under other law (WHS / compensation) where are person is injured or killed the courts will consider contributory negligence in their assessment of the case.

This a simple statement of fact, NOT my opinion.

I consider my personal security MY business, what other people do is THEIR business, another fact.

You need to consider for yourself whether your personal security is your responsibility or not; nothing to do with me.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

Yes, as a matter of fact.

What must girls and women do to ensure they're not raped?

You're saying that the victim is at least partially responsible in the eyes of the law. Yes?

So what should we do? Considering, i'm sure you know because well, you just know so much, that most rapes are committed by someone the victim knows?

How do we girls and women protect ourselves, BigOl?

Once again, nothing to do with me, so I not hold an opinion on this matter. Im sure I have made this perfectly clear at least once previously.

And when I say anything else, I mean literally anything else other than this subject.

Tell that to the Skaf boys.... my biggest regret is they didn't get more, but at least two of them found some silly pussy in prison... Jesus God.... what an advertisement for women's sense that one is/was....
