Our economy together with practically every other OECD economy is going through structural change because of the impacts of globalisation and technology. You think most of the people don't know that?

As for the NBN, that's not going to change votes very much. The world is going mobile.


Oh dear, the mobile taking the place of fixed line nonsense. Hardly any data is moved by mobile devices. Most people use wifi to access the net using their mobile devices. Fibre optics also feed mobile wireless towers.

Now, the MTM rubbish may not have garnered much hatred just yet but this is going to change rapidly as the rubbish is rolled out and people are forcibly transferred to it.

As to the economy, yes a government can change it.
