I feel for them but I'd prefer to spend my energy on people hit with circumstances beyond their's control.

What about my theory that most of the overdoses are actually suicides
because their lives are so miserable.

There are lots of functioning heroin addicts. If someone's got stacks of money and to afford a supply of clean reliable heroine they can live well.

Most overdoses with opiate based drugs occur simply because the known purity of the drug changes. Meth is the drug most commonly connected with suicide, but not through overdose.

Sure, that's why they're alcoholics and I'm not.
I tired it and liked it, but knew the likely consequences of using often so drew a line under TRIED IT

dont get caught extracting it, and many are caught. The extraction process is quite dangerous. Big prison sentence involved. You would be better off taking mescaline if you want to alter your doors of perception, even mushrooms. Much more easily obtainable no extraction process involved.
