Looks like Pensioning will be a hard slog in the future.

No problem for Socialist Labor as they would just
borrow BORROW
BORROW!!!!

Just like they did during the six sick years of Socialist waste and disgrace.

Isn't that what you lot are doing now and then expect everyone else to do so because Malcolm only wants to see house prices rise ??

Borrow borrow borrow to feed Mals fake service based economy that couldn't make a real buck if they fell over one !!

Who said her Home had three bedrooms?

$800 000, up your way?

I'd say in all likelihood it's a 4 bedroom house.

Then, you have no idea, and should shut up.

if not a 4 bedder then it's a penthouse or sub penthouse.

face it aussie, there just aren't that many $800 000 one bedroom houses up your way  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Not that many, eh.

So, where were we before you made a tit of yourself?  Oh yeas, the need that she sell her home, and an inheritance tax.

Carry on.

the only one who made a tit of themselves is you. Trying to focus on how many bedrooms your neighbours house has instead of addressing the meat of the topic shows just how poorly you are doing.

How many bedrooms does her Home have, Mr Smith.  Is it in the middle of a desert, or within a direct stones throw of a beach.  What is worth more Mr Smith.  The residence or the position, position, position.

For a real estate agent/property manager, you are quite myopic.

for a supposed ex lawyer, you really are an idiot. I didn't say her house was in the middle of the desert. I said up your way, for that money,  it's
most likely to be
a 4 bed. house or a penthouse or sub penthouse

You don't, but that did not stop you from stereotyping her and her Home.

The levels of stupidity you display are astonishing.

Okay.  So where is her Home?  I know, you are guessing using a sterotype of what you think is a typical (net value) $800,000.00 home on the Sunshine Coast.  Hers is very, very modest.  But, no matter.  It is her Home, and she ought never be forced out of it by Politicians or real estate agents/property managers who have a very vested interest.

Aussie - it costs well over $1,000 per week for a home now.

Where?

Link?

Here they want between $350,000 & $800,000 as a refundable deposit &
between $55.23 per day & $126.25 per day.

On the right hand side of this page you can check out the other places:

Therefore  - to come up with the deposit you need to put a reverse mortgage on your house or sell it.

No comment on the huge expense as per above?
