[url]JAMES Packer has almost dropped out of the top 10 wealthiest people in Australia after a tough couple of years for his casino business and a cash settlement with sister Gretel.

The casino mogul and major shareholder of Crown Resorts is now worth $3.9 billion, according to the Forbes World’s Billionaires rich list, down from a high of $8.6 billion in 2014.

It comes as mining magnate Gina Rinehart has reaffirmed her standing as Australia’s wealthiest person, with her net worth leaping to $19.4 billion over the past 12 months.[/url]
