Not sure about no legal aid or punishment of family as well......... those sound a little extreme to me.  A person accused is entitled to have his/her case heard with assistance, and only the individual involved can be guilty of the crime or offence.

You can't punish people who haven't done anything wrong, unless you want to turn us into an authoritarian state, which judging by your other demands. is exactly what you want

Quote:
Kin punishment has been used authoritarian states as a form of extortion or harassment. Countries that have practiced kin punishment include pre-Christian European cultures, Nazi Germany, Soviet Union, and non-Western cultures such as China and Japan.

Mechanic I think you might be a bit confused about what a "non resident" is.
You do realise that a non resident is someone who doesn't live in Australia.

11 Notwithstanding the above, the immediate families of convicted non residents are deported immediately where holding dual citizenship.

This sounds very familiar.  I think... err... that's right, North Korea have a policy similar to this.  The immediate family of convicted also gets punished.

9 Immediate adoption of a National Zero Policy of tolerance, in regards to Non Residents and criminal activities

10 Non Residents convicted in any Australian Federal court to be deported immediately having served their term of imprisonment, where holding dual citizenship, also implementation of a policy of No Court of Appeal or access to Australian Free Legal Aid.

If they hold dual citizenship, then they are not 'non residents' <if this is the correct phrase.  So, a 'non resident' can be falsely accused of a crime, will not get support to defend his case.  Will be imprisoned without a fail trial (if he / she is poor), and then upon releasing, him/her and the entire immediately family gets deported.   Wow... Just listen to yourself.

Look, I will make it easy for you.  Just say... lobby for cessation of new immigration of non white, non christian individuals.  There you have it.

Easy - simply re-define being of certain groups a crime against the Australian Volk and apply a zero standard of requirement for proof (sound familiar?) .. kinda like Adolph did... legislation is infinitely malleable, but unfortunately Law is not, and the point of departure for this Nation began when the legislators started to step over the line.... to my mind, that move was the beginning of The Downfall of this Nation as a good country in which to live, and opened it up to despotism of the legislators, and probable future internal conflict between People and Government.
