It would be a dumb Cabbie to whinge about it. There are usually genuine reasons for it. However, among Drivers, if there is an address at which there have been some "sorry, don't need you now" and a pattern is discernible, no Cab will be despatched to that address. They've done their dash. Walk.

Zero sympathy from me.

Do tell. I have an electric bicycle powered by a 36volt Lithium Ion battery that is illegal to go faster than 6kph .. but I go about 28 on the flat and reach over 50 kph going down hills.

A cop stopped me and was going to fine me $620 as a First Time offender, with it going up to $1240 if caught again. He was going to phone me the fine but never did.
