Ms Scaffidi has again been forced defend the council, after councillors were asked to sign a statutory declaration that they had not spoken to the West Australian newspaper about the performance of chief executive Martin Mileham."

So he is going to try to sack the Council for people being asked to sign stat decs that they hadn't contacted the media about the CE?
