Quote:Note the word "Christianity". Christianity is about far more than just what Christ is claimed to have said - a point I keep making but it appears not to be sinking through to you (or Moses). Christianity is a religion. Christ's sayings are Christ's sayings. There is a difference, you realise? Tsk, tsk.
Now what is the point of the board liar promoting this line?
Well the board liar is trying to prove that people who disobey Christ are actually Christians.
He consistently slithers around the direct doctrine espoused by Jesus Himself:
Christianity is based on the precept that if you disobey Christ He disowns you:
Quote:Matthew 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Mark 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
So there it is in black and white, the board liars prevarications shown for what they are, plain lies.
The doctrine warns Christians that men will create their own commandments, giving them out as true doctrine.
Christ rejects all false deeds and doctrine, workers of iniquity are not acceptable to Him.
Brian Ross is stooping to the depths of dishonesty in order to excuse his pathetic exoneration of islamic inspired bloodshed and depravity.
