There is low-THC medical marijuana but your blanket statement regarding medical marijuana is incorrect. There is CBD-only cannabis oil. There is CBD-rich oil with a very low percentage of THC. On the other end of the spectrum, there are oils with 97% THC and it is these oils that kill cancer cells. A child with autism would benefit from an oil that is mostly CBD but that same oil would have no benefit to those looking to kill cancer cells.
