Yes. However, I doubt anyone has been stalked here or at PA or anywhere I know of, in a legal sense.

well come on aussie....STALKING IS STALKING...no matter where it is..... I know you can get into trouble for actually following someone in the real world... but its creepy no matter where it is.....and it can make anyone feel uncomfortable...lets face it.. some folks on here have knowledge that we dont all have... I think members should have some protection even in cyberspace....from people who follow their every move....

Responding to other members on a public forum is in no way stalking. Just because you have a grudge against someone does not mean they cannot respond publicly to your public posting. Don't want people to respond? Don't post.
