Yes, he's been charged with five counts of murder.

This must be a typo, though:

"He has been remanded in custody and ordered to face court via video link in August."

The hospital have given the guy the all clear, but he says he doesn't feel well, so he won't be attending court.

Jesus Christ, are you kidding me?

They can't charge the prick, because he's pulled a sickie!

There  is no case for bringing sick people before court in a civilised society.

Its irrelevant anyway, his appearance in court would only be for the charges to be read and him remanded in custody for a few months.

The hospital gave him medical clearance.

He's fit to attend, but is refusing.

Apologist.

Yes, he's been charged with five counts of murder.

This must be a typo, though:

"He has been remanded in custody and ordered to face court via video link in August."

Why do you think August is a typo?????????

Crazy.

Well, if that's the case, my earlier prediction will probably come true.

That is, he'll die in custody awaiting his trial.

He killed a couple of kids, I don't like his chances if he's put in with the general population.
