Perhaps teh barring for this board, is for persons who are not logged in ?

I absolutely cannot access the Multiculturalism and Race board index or any posts there, unless i am logged in.

Is that the intended access restriction ???

I can't find any settings that would make that happen, and it would presumably block search engines from finding the discussions, which is bad.

Can someone else please log out and go through each board and check they can access it, and also count the number of boards they see on the main forum page?

I opened the site in firefox which does not have my login cookie as I use chrome, and opened every member run board only multiculturalism is denied.

edit: If you go to the admin panel Forum Controls->Boards and compare some other member run board, to the MC board by clicking the little button and then clicking edit and compare the "Allowed to view topics:" it might help.

I'll suggest a possible 'quick fix' solution.

You'll be better placed to know if this fix would be practical......

Lets assume that during the creation of the [current] Multiculturalism and Race board, something amiss and unexpected happened which imposed a restricted access feature on that board.
i.e. at the creation of that board, YaBB.pl was for some reason, prompted to create THAT new board, with a restricted access feature.

THE QUICK FIX.....
What if you were to simply create a new board, now, and call it, for example, "Multiculturalism and Race mkII".

If you can prove that normal access is available, to that new board, then could you simply transfer all the threads in the [current] Multiculturalism and Race board, into the new "Multiculturalism and Race mkII" board ?

It is not a very 'elegant' solution, but it may solve the current problem.
