and whilst a certain "look" makes a woman hot, it is a certain "set of behaviours' that makes a man hot.

a bit icey and indifferent
never supplicating
being grounded in your own reality and having a very certain "higher purpose".
Never make a woman your purpose. it is needy. it is low status.
a hot woman is probably getting hit on all the time. she has become "numb to validation".
by being slef amused and just being yourself and giving off the vibe that you need "absolutley nothing from her for your own validation" (what is called freedom from outcome), she will now chase and want the validation of the guy who hasnt validated her, who isnt needy, who is free, who doesnt care.
Its a very very ingrained pattern in how the dynamics operate.
the same guys get all the hot women.
Why?
because they have had hot women, know that they can get more hot women and they dont care and the hot women see that guys validation as valuable.
the leechy little creeper , the hungry , will never get fed.
How to work this system.
become an awesome guy (at least in your own mind, ) be very passionate, never be needy, no compliments, no buying gifts or drinks and you have suddenly become a "hot guy"
if you think the "madonnas' dont have an active sex life you are wrong, but they would never sleep with a guy who lusted after them. such a guy would probably end up obsessed with them, very clingy and stalk them. they sleep with the guy who couldnt be bothered ringing them back.
he is the safe option and the source of validation if he does ring them back
