Psychiatric 'counselling' is utter bullshit, and does nothing for the patient.

Two young people in my group at a psychiatric hospital in Sydney committed suicide while I was there. So-called 'Group Therapy' and individual counselling was worth jack-sh!t so far as saving these two from topping themselves.
