Despite your reluctance to answer any questions ever put to you, I will still answer yours.
(yes, that is the sound of your high horse about to trample you to death)
Deep-field images from the Hubble Space Telescope suggest there are 10 times more galaxies in the universe than scientists previously thought, with about 2 trillion galaxies in total, according to a study published in October 2016 in the journal Science by Christopher Conselice, a professor of astrophysics at the University of Nottingham in the U.K., and his colleagues.
About 100 million (or 10 to the seventh power) stars inhabit the average galaxy, according to one of the best estimates, Conselice wrote in an email to Live Science.
If you total the number of stars in the understood number of galaxies, that a stupid number of stars, around 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars.
And of those stars there will be planets that orbit them. Out of these near countless number of planets there must surely be others that could sustain (read: "sustain", not create) human life.
Astronomers have indeed already found earth-like planets within the habitable zone of their home stars (liquid water etc).
Are they close enough to be a viable alternative to earth? No, not even close, not with our current technological advancement.
Does that rule out these planets as therefor no longer being classified as being able to sustain human life? That is more of a philosophical question.
With all these countless planets revolving around the the number of stars to be understood to be within the observable universe it seem foolish to think that there isn't any other forms of life out there, BUT, we have zero evidence of such to date.
Far more elequent and knowledable people than I have said it much better,
Now back on topic, despite the very high chances that life exists elsewhere in the universe, this has no impact on the video you posted claiming to be a UFO or ET over Melbourne what so ever.
It shows an out of focus light in the blue sky, without even any real land references. The video contains no information what so ever that allows anyone to draw any conclusions as to what the light is or even where it was filmed from (eg Melbourne).
We don't know the time of day, we don't know the exposure on the camera there are just far too many unknowns and variables and to that far more logical explanations that need to be ruled out first which you've not even bothered with before even considering the notion of Aliens.
Retorting with "so what is it then" also doesn't help, it just ads more weight to the fact that you don't know and cannot make any claims as to what it is either.
The lack of your personal understanding of what it may be does not therefore mean it must be aliens. All it means is you don't know.
It could via the exposure on the camera be made to look brighter than it was at the time and could have been simply a star or one of the planets in the dusk sky.
On the 7th of July, from Melbourne City, Venus would have been visible for much of the day.

(you can change the dates at the bottom of the page)
It could have just been Venus, full stop.
You'll need to rule out all these possible explanations, as well as the countless others before you even let the thought of aliens into your head.
For someone who claims so often to have a hatred for fake news, the fact you shared this video without any clarification or challenge to the assertions of ET Crafts over Melbourne when no such conclusion can be drawn from the footage, this is why you've received scorn for you gullibility then stubbornness in refusing to admit you may be wrong.
You'll cling onto the fact that we don't know what this is and that it "could be" aliens sure, but there is no evidence that it actually IS.
It could have been me flying around on a giant pink unicorn with a mirror attached to it's magical horn pointing squarely at this cameraman reflecting the sun into the camera, but like aliens, there is no evidence that this is what it actually IS.
You do understand the difference right? You do understand the burdens of proof and evidence right?
They are real questions because you post such nonsense on here that is so far detached from reality it's hard to know what you actually think or if you're just having a lend of us all.
Or to quote a picture you recently posted,
At the end of the day, the video has the comments disabled so the guy is just posting bullshit and as usual you fell for it.
